About The Call
On the call, I will carefully listen to the particular issue on your mind. For example, an issue related to culture development, employee value proposition, leadership development or some other related challenge.
The call is not a sales pitch but a call about the exploration of your needs and for you to get to know me. The next day, once you have had time to digest our conversation, and if requested, I shall write to you with an initial proposal on your needs. Alternatively, you may want me to join you and your team in an additional meeting to go deeper into the issue we discussed before a formal proposal from my side.
Absolutely. All client meetings are confidential. I deal with many senior people and organisations from around the world for whom confidentiality and discretion is critical. I won’t disclose your name or your organisation’s name to anyone outside my own organisation.
