Culture must drive Business Performance, all day, every day.

Culture must drive Business Performance, all day, every day. Culture is not just about People.

Culture is made up of many organisational factors and the people function is just one of those factors. Focusing only on the people function in culture development does not necessarily lead to long term and sustainable business impact.

An organisation must be made viable to survive and thrive. For that to happen, culture must drive business performance.

Business Performance and People are not mutually exclusive. They are part of the same equation. They work in harmony.

Many in-house professionals allocated the change function are not confident in doing both – enhancing the people function and developing a high performing business culture, simultaneously.

But this can be overcome with knowledge, training and the development of a systemic perspective of culture.
