Culture Change is so darn entertaining if it wasn’t so blooming serious

If you want to learn about strategy, culture, leadership and be entertained simultaneously, I would highly recommend the political drams Baron Noir (French – Seasons 1 – 3) on Amazon and Borgen (Danish – Seasons 1 – 4) on Netflix,

If you are fans of Machiavelli and Sun Tzu, then you will enjoy the strategic machinations and manoeuvring in these award-winning political dramas whilst thinking, is this not reflective of my company and/or my country today? Perhaps you may also think – is this my life today?
